In this week’s touching episode of Inside The Wolf’s Den, Shawn and Joni are with successful businessman and well-known real estate coach Jerry Green. With his wife of 17 years and their four children, Jerry, an Ohio native, currently resides in Germantown. He started his real estate career by wholesaling homes before merging into Fix and Flips. Since then, he has participated in more than 1,500 transactions, including fix-and-flips of residential single and multi-family rentals and commercial properties. He recounts his inspiring, emotional journey of rebuilding his company following a devastating personal tragedy. Jerry is currently the CEO of his REI company, although he is no longer operationally involved with the company as a whole. His firm does a tremendous volume of wholesale deals, which are done Virtually. Jerry currently mentors and coaches real estate investors about the REI business. He demonstrates how to improve their acquisition skills while instructing them on how to construct and scale their businesses.
